Deep breathes of fresh mountain air fill us with a pleasure of unlike anything else.
My shoulder is coming back, but still don't feel confident on the bike yet, Im still timid. But more rides and more bike time, Im also lifting weights lightly again.
I love the sounds that came from the rocky section, the soft music helps bring out the natural sounds. Time for another weekend of mountain fun!
