Another ripper trail just finished at the local.Bit loose as expected and work is still being done on it after a heap of rain.Looking forward to going a bit faster once I learn the trail.

@samjam: mtb crash years ago, back & wrist damage, wrist op today, typing left handed is very hard!! physio every week on back, cost me a fortune on osteopaths to get going again!

hang in there mate. Sometimes you have to go backwards to go forwards. A mate of mine does 400km a week on his road bike and about 60km on his MTB every week and as addicted to cycling, he is a geek about bikes and lives for it. He had his last ride this morning for 6-9 months as he needs a shoulder op and will be in a sling most of that time and rehab .

Looking at the dry outback me was lol. More thoughts on the little critters in the undergrowth, and the Zoo lol. Mental I know but that dirt/sand/heat/trees are what Zoos try to replicate with Ozzy wildlife, mammals/reptiles....f*ck me, Seadevil is going all David Attenborough ?

its great mate but I'm not a nature fan. I don't get excited about it but I respect it and sometimes get blown away by it . I Spose that coz it's been on my door step since I was born I take it for granted . Either way you must come down mate
