Thats a megalithic oyster shell from ancient oysters that used to dwell these areas. The clan of the oysters! Thank you brother! Its was fun to be out and just sit in silence for a good while listening to the birds! I even saw a little mountain like cat that I wished I could have filmed before he scurried off into the brush!

Thank you a new trail I suddenly found, started hiking up and said, Ya this has possibilities. A short hour climb and some funky sections to play on!
ahhahahhahah How about you just be my friend and we can eat some good ribs together! lol
The doggies love the day old bones, dry them like jerky a bit in the oven and they chew on them for hours!
Hey I just thought those ribs would be good trail snacks too! tup

Oh sorry buddy, we can't get turkey here in Japan so instead we roasted 2 chickens.
One in the oven and one on the BBQ, just for fun! I like the slight smokiness the BBQ adds!
Its was also good to compare as my wife marinated both birds the same so, to taste the difference was fun.
The over had a much better overall crisp to the skin but like I said it lacks the smoke and the certain flavor that is present in wood BBQing, not grilling but BBQing! Smile

@nikoniko: I like smock flavor too! it matchs iced Coke would be a treat to me.I love iron skewers .and here we have branch skewers skewered by fresh willow braches.I bet you will love it .it makes more smocks during the BBQ
