Nice you can do both....I broke my left wrist Saturday morning, hit a tree resulting in a colles fracture, they did surgery yesterday, pulled it all straight and put it in a cast. Not what I need at the mo', but oh well.

@onecutmedia: Yeah my own silly fault, went for a jump i'd hit loads of times on my new bike. Had a run into it which went well, so went for it, but as I just got to the lip,realised my speed was wrong and tried to bail. Resulting in me being fired up into the air, face forward into a tree. As I fell backwards onto the ground, that's when I felt my wrist.
Broken in 3 places, cast upto the elbow, 6 weeks off work etc.
Was loving being back on a bike a bit too much lol;
