Man you have a great eye. Both for line and videography. I love the time lapse at the end. are you using a higher film speed for the slow-mo parts or just slowing the frame rate in the editing? I am definately going to continue to watch your stuff.

Thank you! Your comment means a lot.

The slo-mo parts were shot at 50fps interlaced (PAL standard, since that's the only frame rate my camera can record at in 1080) then slowed down to 50% in editing. The final video was also converted to 25fps progressive.

If I may offer my opinion, I would suggest that some of your transitions are a little abrupt... but I like your eye and think you have good potential as you learn the craft...

Thank you! It's always nice to hear such comments from people, really pushes me to try new things and learn as much as possible. I can see what you mean with some of the transitions, I'll definately keep that in mind for the next video!

really good video! but in my opinion not spectacular riding and theres better vids out there for vod.

Fair enough, I know I'm definately not quite up to VOD standard yet; this is only my second video. If I may say though, the riding looks slower and less technical than it actually is because of the camera angles and the fact that the camera was static the whole way through the video. A pan gives more an impression of speed and technicality to the riding. Not trying to make myself sound better than I am, but the angles does have something to do with it. Thanks for your comment!

Yeah it's a great trail to ride. That was only one of about 8 in the area, and they're all 5min descents if you ride pretty hard and don't stop.
