2011 large Giant Trance x2, Stans ZTR Crest Wheelset

This bike was assembled and purchased by me in January of 2013, but I need to pay for a new A/C compressor and brake pads.
I will add in the original wheelset as a bonus! The bike retailed for 2800 in 2011, I paid $2k since it was New-old-stock, and the wheelset was a $550 upgrade. They have less than 50 miles on them. I plan to keep the Thompson seatpost and stem, but the original ones will be included. I will have it professionally packed and shipped.
