Thule Velo Vise 589 roof rack

I have a Thule fork mount roof rack. My grandfather bought it a but never took it out of the box. He gave it to me because he had no use for it, I opened it up and tried to put it on my car without knowing you need Thule or Yakima racks on your car (I have the stock ones). So, the rack has never been used. To use it you take the front wheel off of your bike, clamp the bottom of the fork in, and strap the rear wheel into the wheel well.
