EDIT - Ok guys, I now have the frame with me in North Vancouver. It's in a box and ready to go !! ( August 2014 )

Hello ...

So selling my 2009 intense slopestyle because I'm now running a new Carbine frame.

I'm pretty stoked on my SS and I'd be happy to keep it and build it up as a fun park/mini DH bike. ( It was previously built up as an all mtn/trail bike ) But I haven't been working since June and could use a bit of cash, getting things like new Rx glasses and car repairs are adding up.

What you should know about it .

2009 Intense Slopestyle :
size: medium
color: Intense factory works raw.

Its listed I believe at 6.7 inches rear wheel travel with 135x12 mm axle. Bearings were just replaced at the end of the 2013 season by the Bicycle Cafe in Kamloops, literally one ride on rio on them.
I bought the frame used and yes if you can see in the pictures they have some weird frankenstein style hardware special 10mm bolts in them. The proper shoulder bolts are easy enough to come by ( Chain reaction, Intense direct, or your local Intense dealer, but I figured if they didn't get in the way or come loose I would just leave them alone. And I never had an issue with them and they never came loose so instead of spending money on stock bolts to replace them, I just left them. Make sense ?
Built this bike up in Kamloops and was my DH bike when I worked at Sun Peaks during the summer and doubled as my all mtn bike during the off season. Even took it all the way to England and toured around for 4 months on it. Pretty versatile bike and just works awesome ! I've never had any issues with the rear shock, its good to go.
I'm 6'1 so the bike as a trail bike is a bit small for me and I bought a shorter RS reverb and was running it past minimum insertion so as a result while I was on vacation in England I cracked the seat tube. England being a rad bike country it was easy to find a shop that specialized in Aluminum frame welding and they got me all patched up and I continued to ride it on my vacation without worry and the rest of the 2013 season. ( October ) If you're going to run this as a park bike or have your post inserted properly then I wouldn't even worry about it. It's a solid patch.

OK what does it come with...
Fox DHX 5.0 rear shock. ( boost valve, propedal, bottom out, rebound adjustment ) & 500lb spring.
Front XT der.
headset. 1 1/8-1.5 FSA
Truvativ BB ( replaced in Aug )
seatpost clamp.
rear axle 135x12
spare brake side drop out.
$700 for frame and gear mentioned above. ( firm )

$500 Just for the frame ( firm )
-rear shock, axle, brakeside dropout, seatpost clamp.

Rad. If your looking for a super fun mini DH bike for your kid, or gf, or just tight with cash and need something thats going to work really well and save you money then this is the frame for you. ( My ex English gf ran the same frame back in England and she absolutely slayed on it ! )
Let me know.

Thanks.
Mitchell.
