Surly Instigator Large, partially complete

Hi. Selling a Surly Instigator large frame and some wheels/parts. I was going to build this up a long time ago, but never got around to it. this includes the frame, wheels, tires, front shock, bars etc... everything you see in the pic. Not 100% sure its a large frame, but there arent any markings on it, and ive always ridden a large so i have no reason to believe its not. if you want the standover or any other measurements, let me know. The wheels are old and im not sure they can accommodate disc brakes. Let me know if you have additional questions via email or text. thanks for looking. not looking to trade for anything.
