Hello all,
The frame has a bit of a story as when it was new (I think 1965) it was an olympic sprint with track ends and no braze ons, but at some point in its life it was converted to a road bike with gear/brake cable guides and road drop outs, it also has had non standard tange forks fitted.
It has had a DIY spray job in a slightly questionable colour although It isn't too bad. Since I have had it I have fitted a complete new cable set, new bar tape, hoods and new brake blocks using original superbe holders and given it a strip down and a good clean. There is one niggle that I haven’t fixed and that is the low gear stop on the rear derailleur has snapped off but this didn’t cause a huge problem when riding.
