I bought these this year and they'd only been used for a few months before that and were serviced before I got them. According to BOS they dont need an oil change until early summer 2015 and a dont need to have a full service until a year after that so are obviously low maintenance forks as well as being one of the best performing forks on the market. BOS have a reputation for making the best and these are no exception, they perform better than any other fork I've tried and many others agree as you can see from a quick google for reviews. They are just so plush but at the same time controlled and dont dive at all never using more travel than is needed. They are also one of the lightest forks on the market at 2680g, if youre coming from a coil fork you really notice those weight savings from the front of your bike. Service has been a problem in the past for BOS in the UK but Ive only heard good things about Jungle for dealing with BOS suspension.

So after going on about how much I love the fork you're probably wondering why the hell I'm selling them? Unfortunately Im getting a new bike that happens to have 650b wheels, if it was 26 I would replace the stock fork with these immediately.

So function wise they're sorted and in great nick, onto the cosmetic condition.
Im sure by now you've at least glanced at the photos and gulped at the dent in between the clamps on the stanchions. That happened almost straight after I got the forks when someones handlebar came a little close for comfort during an uplift, I felt like jumping off a bridge when I noticed as I'm sure you can imagine but it looks much worse than it is. Its between the two clamps so that region is supported from both ends so is under very little stress compared to the rest of the fork, so Ive ridden it all through the summer and up until now and its been just fine so despite how bad it looks its not much more than a cosmetic fault.
The stanchions apart from this are completely scratch free and in perfect nic, the lowers have some scratches but most of these were from the previous owner as I have removed the decals for the stealthy look but then covered them in protective helicopter tape. If you want replacement decals these can be had from many different online shops and will usually be thicker and more protective than the stock decals and provide the perfect excuse to get some nice coloured ones to match the rest of the bike, they are usually reasonably inexpensive.

These sell for about £1600-£1700 new at the moment so this is the perfect chance to buy one of the worlds best (but expensive) dual crown forks at a reasonable price, if you have any questions or want to have a look in person just message me and I can help you out more often than not within a few hours. Message me for shipping info and we can sort something out, Im happy to meet halfway within reason and if not the forks will be packaged extremely carefully and sent to you.
