I have a set of Avid HSX rotors that have about a couple hundred miles on them. They were both pulled off a bike when I did a brake upgrade to the Guide's. They appear straight on a flat surface with maybe a very slight bend on the 180mm. I did not have any rubbing issues when pulled off the bike so it is pretty slight. Comes with all the mounting bolts which I believe are titanium.
