2013 Knolly Chilcotin--Large

2013 Knolly Chilcotin, size Large, in the Raw finish. Gets 160mm of travel through Knolly 4 by Four Linkage, which is essentially a four bar with an additional linkage to control the shock rate. There are two geometry settings, if you run it in the "slack" mode it's a (66 degree headangle, 13.4" bottom bracket height. This is the final generation of the Chilcotin, so it has the "3D" rocker arms and the improved chainstay. Headtube is 49, so can run tapered, straight 1 1/8 or even straight 1.5 depending on the headset. Can run up to a 180mm fork, and Lots of tire clearance! All cable routing is external (where it should be), and the BB is a regular, threaded 73 mm (BSA), not a creaky pressfit... Extremely capable frame: fantastic, confident descender, and the best technical-climbing bike I've ever ridden. There is also a very shallow, BB-sized ding in down tube near the bottom bracket. It's cosmetic, and hard to even see, but I like to be straightforward about these things. That said, it is absolutely in excellent mechanical condition, and ready to be ridden hard for years. Also, one of the great things about the raw finish is that you can buff out scratches if you want it to look shiny again. So here are the specs.

Complete bike comes with Fox Float RP23 rear shock, Fox Float 36 RLC 160mm fork, Chris King headset, XT cranks, 32 Race Face N/W ring, Avid Elixir CR brakes with 203 mm front/180mm rear rotors, WTB wheel set, Chromag bars, Thomson 50mm stem, X9 shifter with X9 rear derailleur (9 speed). Everything is in excellent working order. Maxxis Ardents front and back. Recent bleed on the brakes. Brake pads have no more than 30 miles on them. I will not be including pedals.
