~23” actual top tube, awesome standover height, set up nice and low. Few scratches, no dents, super low use. Disc mount on rear, none on fork. It’s a great beginner trials bike because it’s not a super high BB and short seat tube like the modern trials frames, and it is a lot closer to a regular MTB in how it rides, just more clearance and lower seat/bars. Great for trials or as just a play bike to hone your technical and bike handling skills. Everything on it is solid and ready to ride!
