If you are looking for a reasonably priced rack- this is the one. Works well, folds up, pivots down for hatch access. Fits both hitch receiver sizes. Really good condition. Only flaw is a missing velcro strap, which I do not believe has any real reason to be there anyway. Looks just like the photo, I can send a pic or two of the actual one if you need it. Oh yeah, locks are built right in (handy) and it comes with two keys.
