You are viewing a 1995/96 Dean cycles prototype FS AMP research concept bike, one only ever made, no serial number. Confirmed by Dean cycles. Though known for their titanium frames, Dean designed this bike back in 1995ish, then had Redline cycles in California weld it up. Beautiful craftman ship. The rear triangle is a AMP research. I bought it in 2013, then built it up with a mix of Shimano XT and NOS LX. It rides beautifully and all it needs for a superb one of a kind finish is a AMP research front fork. One on eBay for $95 so they are out there, just have too much invested in this beauty abd with all the other bikes, it sits in storage. Will appeal to the Dean collector or anyone collecting rare bikes
Set up as a 27 speed. All new cables etc
XT front rear dérailleurs, vintage XT M-737 dogbone style XT cranks, Race face XY seatpost, nice vintage Araya CM-18 wheels/SunRims with Shimano parallex hubs, newer 9 speed XT cassette and chain
Chris King Threadless headset, vintage Dean stem, RockShox Odeyysey XC fork 80 mm travel, works very well
NOS LX V brakes and the levers
Please note $550 US is for frame and matching Concept AMP fork, and Dean stem
