2014 Trek Fuel EX 29 Project One

PRICE DROP! But this is as low as I can go, and this bike is a steal at this price.

This bike was purchased from a local dealer and is what they call a "show bike." Trek launched their Project One custom build website in 2014, and they occasionally send local dealers bike kits that showcase custom builds. This bike is probably most equivalent to a Fuel EX 29 9.8 but with the added carbon rear triangle like the 9.9. Building a similar bike with the same component level on the Project One website retails for over $6600.

This bike has approximately 350 miles on it according to my Garmin odometer and has been meticulously maintained. Some normal marring of the finish in areas due to normal use. Here are the specs:

Size is 18.5 in Trek sizes, or generally a Medium, good for rider up to about 5'10" or so. I am 5'11" and the bike is just a tad small for me, which is one of the reasons I am selling.

This is a beautiful bike and has served me well, but I have too many bikes and need to clear out some room. I never weighed it, but it is probably right around 25 lbs. or less.

This is a great deal for someone looking for a high-end, lightweight trail bike. I can use the local shop to box and ship at buyer's expense, usually around $100 to $150.
