2017 Lauf TR29 Regular Carbon/White Like New!

For sale is this like new set of Lauf TR29 Carbon/White forks in a regular spring (for over 65kg rider).

These forks are the ultimate lightweight suspension forks for XC and Endurance racing. With 60mm of travel, progressive spring rate, and its sub 990g weight, the Lauf Trail Racer is a unique match with today’s lightweight XC mountain bike frames.

The springs on the Lauf TR29 are made of military spec S2 glassfibre that is extremely tough on hits and flexible in the direction of the travel. The springs have been “shocked” in the test lab over 400,000 times reaching 40mm amplitude every time so nothing to worry about in terms of reliability.

The design of the Lauf Trail Racer is based around eliminating all “moving parts”, and therefore, friction and maintenance. The monocoque carbon fibre structure delivers incredible strength, and the test-fork we have in our lab has already been “shocked” over 170 thousand times, without showing any signs of wear and tear. That equals more mountain-biking than you’ll manage to cram into at least 5 years of action!

Included in this is a carbon compression plug for the tapered steerer which has been cut to 17.5cm, cable guides, and the Lauf 15mm bolt thru axle.

These have been used for about 3 rides and have had protective tape on from the start. The pictures show the forks fitted to the bike also.
