Brand new, never used, 2016 Surly 1x1 Frame and Fork.

I purchased this last June and just this winter built it up but have not used it or ridden it at all.
I decided that I really probably should have bought the XSmall. So I'm trying to sell this for something close to what I paid for it: $475 for the frame and ~ $600 for wheels, brakes, etc.
