1997 Cannondale Super V DH 4000 Medium

I am selling my vintage '97 Cannondale Super V DH 4000. This bike may be 20 years old, but it is a legendary downhill bike! These are definitely one of the best old school DH rigs ever. I just finished overhauling and refurbishing the bike, going through every inch of it. It is in excellent shape and has zero issues. It would make an awesome AM/Enduro bike that can handle a good beating. But for those who appreciate retro... it would also be an awesome piece of DH history to have like fine piece of art:)

Work done as of 2/1/17:

-Overhauled Moto 120 fork. New seals where possible, doesn't leak air or fluid, feels plush and rebound/compression knob works great!
-Overhauled Fox rear shock. New seals, doesn't leak air or fluid, feels plush and rebound/compression knobs works great! (although setting are locked in place with set screws).
-Replaced every spoke nipple with DT brass. Wheels were re-trued/re-tensioned, and will be easy to service in future.
-Brakes have been bleed and adjusted. Pads are 9/10 and have lots of life.
-Wheel hubs and headset were overhauled with new grease.
-Most parts were taken off, sonic washed, re-installed and tuned.

New parts as of 2/1/17:

-New CST BFT tires 26x2.4
-New Velox rim tape
-New disc rotors (original Sachs will be included, but were aluminum and cracked)
-New Odyssey Twisted pedals
-New Shimano 11-34t 8spd cassette (original narrow range cassette will be included)
-New WTB DH saddle
-New SW seat post clamp
-New shifter cable and housing
-New Race Face 720mm handlebar and Dimension stem
-New yellow Oury grips
-New upper shock spacer/bushing
-New reconditioned rear shock (original Fox Alps shock will be included)
