2013 Large Trek Remedy 9

I'm selling my 2013 Trek Remedy to make room for a new trail bike. First, a little bit of history about the bike. It was originally a custom build from the 2010 Remedy frame-only. The frame was warrantied due to a chainstay crack with the 2013 frame during the summer of 2015, since 2013 was the last year Trek made the Remedy with 26" wheels. Since the bike was originally built up in 2010, I've replaced components as needed, but the bike has always been well taken care of. It has been ridden primarily in and around Philadelphia, PA, but has a few weekend trips to upstate New York and Vermont under its belt.

Components:
Fox 36 Float RC2 fork - some paint chipping/scratches on the lowers, uppers are still in good shape, I'll give it a teardown, cleaning, and fresh oil prior to selling
Fox Float RP2 DRCV shock - OEM spec from Trek, no damage to shock body or stanchion, ProPedal lever works as intended
Sunline V1 60mm stem
Raceface 750mm bars
Renthal Lock-on kevlar grips
Brakes: Avid Elixir R rear/Elixir XO front - Bleed port screw stripped out on the original Elixir R front so I purchased a new Elixir XO to replace it, I'll give both brakes a fresh bleed and set of pads before selling
Drivetrain: 1x10, SRAM X9 shifter, 10 speed chain and 11-36 cassette, Raceface 32t narrow-wide chainring, chainring, chain, and cassette were just replace this past summer and have plenty of life left
Cranks: Shimano Saint
Wheels/tires:
Front: Stans Flow EX with Stans 3.30 hub, Bontrager 2.35" SE4 Team Issue tire set up tubeless
Rear: Mavic 729 Disc with Mavic hub, Bontrager 2.35" XR4 Team Issue tire currently tubed, the hub from the Flow I previously had on the rear died, so I threw the Mavic on, I'll include the Flow EX rim if you'd like to get it relaced to a new hub
Seat: Cutter racing saddle
Seatpost: Shimano PRO
Headset: FSA

Extras: Previously mentioned Flow EX rim; Bontrager SE3 tire, tubeless ready, some tread left; Bontrager XR3 tire, would need a plug in the tread to run tubeless, but still has some life left
Potentially willing to part out if the price is right and there's enough interest in the majority of the components
