I have the bike that I take to InGears before MTB ENDHURO Events. The fixing was satify me, but what blew my socks off was the ... Customer relationship... I was treated very nicey by ginger man (very nice beard!!). My shaft was so stiff but he extract grease which maked it soft and comfy. VERY FAST! Overall I will give 8 gold stars for FANtasTIc SerVICEIng!! Much pleasure for me.
Took my bike in and went back 5 days later to collect it, superb service, above and beyond what I would have expected. Looked like a new bike it was that clean and the mechanical side of things were perfect. Gears shifted like a dream and the bike felt fantastic to ride. Very knowledgable and friendly staff too, beyond pleased with the service and would defiantly recommend to people. Fantastic service.
Bloody Brilliant. Just flipping fantastic. Took my bicycle machine in there for a good old service and a fettle. It came back and by golly the thing rode like it was brand new!! I will definitely be going back again to get it serviced there. Lovely staff and very knowledgeable especially that Joshua, he new his stuff
Just been kitted out with helmet shoes and pedals and bike checked over and knowledge and help for a beginner was spot on. Nothing too much trouble for the lads in there and not a bad cup of tea . Many thanks
