How do I change sapient crank arm?

I have a sapient lumino pro and the crank arm on it doesn't have a hex bolt to take it off with it just kinda goes into the sprocket on one side and on the other its screwed on but im afraid if i take it apart on the opposite side of the crank that it might have loose ball bearings and if those come out it might be an issue so if you have one of these bike or have experience with this bike and this area of the bike please help me out and tell me what you think i should do i can send pics by email or text
