Spanish BB w/ 48mm Spacer for 68mm Shell

I am looking for a Spanish BB for 68mm shells. I mainly need a 48mm tube spacer. Anyone know which BBs come with that.

Normally I use Profile Racing Spanish BBs but they say the spacer is 50mm. Deity BBs are for 73mm shells. If you know where to buy 48mm tube spacers I would really appreciate your input.

So far I have found out DK, Kink, and Stolen have a 48mm tube spacer. But I'm still looking.
