I used to DJ and Freeride years ago. I've been off a bike for years, but recently decided to get back into riding. Not the Freeride, but some trails and single track. Shit that's more common in my area.

I did NOT pay MSRP for the bike, actually I got it for $1015, shipped. So, based on parts alone, I think I did well.

Thoughts?

I'm just getting back into riding after a couple years hiatus but I'm still riding a 26er and it will be a couple years before I can get a new 29'er so I read this forum allot for research purposes (and to fuel my dreams)!

I would be interested in hearing what you thought of the ride once you got it.
