Rear GT distortion 2.0 Axle difficulties

Has anyone ever had a GT distortion with the weird axle. I broke my rear axle and I can't find the right size because of the size of it. On the disc side the axle hole is 12 mm but on the other side it's 10 mm. Confused I've never seen that before or heard of it. I have measured it countless times and I don't understand it. Does anyone have one or has an answer for me so I can get one?

The distortion is a short travel version of the force/sanction, so it's one of the following:
12x135 rockshox "maxle"
12x142 maxle
12x142 shimano "E-thru"

It should be marked on the left hand side of the axle, maxles have it on the collet that fits up against the outside of the dropout
