Hi guys, can anyone suggest a relatively close to lower mainland/squamish/chilliwack ridge ride?? Looking for a easy to find trail expansive views and good ride. We usually ride the shore and little in the valley but would like to see some more scenic rides.

There's the Elfin Lakes trail up Garibaldi from Squamish. You drive to the parking lot and then it's a boring/annoying 6km ride up an old FSR/double track until you get to the alpine when it gets a lot better and you have awesome views. It's mostly ride-able although some pitches are loose rock.

I know there's a scenic one up the Fraser valley near Chilliwack, can't find it on Trailforks but I think it might be off the Borden Creek FSR? There's a video that was in Movies for your Monday earlier this year, can't find the link now.

Gonna have to go soon though since it looks like snow is coming first weekend of November.
