Trying to shed some more weight off the p3 this season. I cut 2 inches off my seat post about 4 years ago, i think i can go much shorter... Thoughts..? See photo

The frame has a hole drilled in the seat tube 2-inches down from the top, is that the minimum length? seems too short?

Unless your bike is geared and you're actually seated and pedaling it's really not a big deal to go short.
Most true DJ bikes are only sat on during breaks from runs. That being said I'd cut it at mid top tube
with the seat set at the height you want.

Ok, cool. I am holding it in the photo where I keep the seat(all the way down). The seat it only used to keep my butt out of the tire when dirt jumping, or during breaks.

If so then chop about half of seat post off. If you only use the seat for breaks theres no point keeping it so long. grab an angle grinder and chop it, after then file the edges smooth and you'll be sweet.
