Hey Guys,
I dislocated my ring finger middle knuckle about 10 weeks ago and have gained about 90 degrees of motion back. Sadly I still probably won't be riding for a while longer (can't pull up on bars to un-weight front wheel and weak grip). I was wondering if anyone else has dislocated a finger and how long it took them to get back to riding?

This happened to my father more than a few years ago and he was out for around 4 months.

On my right hand i dislocated the main knuckle on the middle and badly sprained my ring finger on that hand. I was back riding, very carefully, after two weeks. My range of motion took about four months to come back 75%. The more I used the fingers the better they felt. Lack of use made them tight, sore, and decreased range if motion.
