Monarch RT3 Problem

Hello. I have a problem with my Monarch RT3 shock. My shock is making strange marks on sliders. I had bad chase on road gap, and then marks started to show. It's a problem with seals or what ? Thanks.

Have you ever had the air can off and changed the seals etc? I'd be inclined to give it an air can service and see how it is afterwards.
