Is Martin's frame different from the p3 they've been selling for a few years, or is it just the paintjob/angles that are screwing with me?

Yeah, custom geo. higher BB, shorter chainstays, lower tt.

i talked to a specialized dude and he said they are makin some sick changes for 2013 so im sure some of Soderstroms geo is going to transfer over

Specialized are talking on releasing a soderstrom signature frame soon, it is just a prototype for now until he is comfortable with it, he also has a number of signature parts on it, this has different geos from his first specialized frame.

 Take a picture dude!

Pretty sure that his his own custom geo. Not something they are going to mass produce. He runs super tall forks so he needs a steeper head angle so his rig is not all raked out. I sure hope they mass produce that color tho! Be stoked to get my hands on one of those!

yea im sure they arent going to produce soderstroms exact bike but i bet they are lowering the top tube, raising the bb, and shortening the chainstays a bit

actually at 2 in the morning it's just usually a case of not spell checking when we cut and paste names from the results...
