iXS DH Cup South America, Chillan - Results
The second round of the 2017 iXS Downhill Cup South America went down in Chillan. Mauricio Acuna (CHI - Mondraker) and Alia Marcellini (ITA - GB Rifar Racing Team ASD) came out on top. Fastest Junior was Felipe Agurto (CHI - GT Bicycles Chile).

Another race and another victory in the junior's field for Felipe Agurto.
Marcelo Gutierrez (COL - Giant Off-Road Factory Team) set the benchmark in seeding - he was fast and confident leading into the race run, however, Acuna managed to find an extra second of speed to steal the win by 1.025 seconds.
Bernardo Cruz (BRA - GT Bicycles Brasil) took home eighth place.
Camila Nogueira crashed hard during practice on Friday.
