In out last edits we explored the high trails to the top of Piccolo San Bernardo Pass and after that, we ventured up the slopes of the quarries for a trip into the most secret corners and past life of La Thuile. Together with Anka and Sven Martin, Manuel Ducci and Valentina Macheda, we found the deepest meanings of the Enduro discipline.

The real essence of Enduro is all about exploration and adventure, but also strong connection among people and, not least, pure racing spirit. Enduro is a battle over the Special Stages, a fight against the clock and our own limits. This aspect, which is the engine that pushes us and the soul of this incredible sport, could not be missing in our journey towards La Thuile.

In this third and last video we will be joined by one of the most respected riders in the world, a real competitive machine and a riding skills mistress, Tracy Moseley.

Tracy Moseley La Thuile

Together with her partner and team mechanic James Richard, riding downhill on one of the most spectacular trails of La Thuile, Tracy shows us all her talent and rides following her instincts, scanning and deciphering the ground under the wheels with amazing swiftness.

Tracy Moseley La Thuille

As she has explains during the interview, she prefers wild trails and loves having to interpret them and find her line. This is so good being that the trails chosen and prepared for La Thuile for this event are the most unspoiled we can think of!

Enjoy the video and we'll see you on the trails of La Thuile!

Male Female, doesn’t come into it for me, T-Mo is just such a great rider! She's also a brilliant ambassador for the great sport/pastime of mountain biking. She clearly wants to give back to the sport which is very cool indeed. A role model for us all maybe? She’s British too! makes me proud, which is nice!

it's tough, on one hand we shoulnd't be saying "go girls!" because in all honesty at amateur level local enduro races, the women have comparable race times as the mens within the same age/category so it comes as no surprise women would be just as fast given the same amount of saddle/training time. but at the same time, there isnt an abundance of women riders relative to the number of men riders. that being said, in this case i dont think we say these things as a matter of gender but more in reference to the general culture and popularity of the sport. it would be like rooting for men in a traditionally female sport such as ballet.

I'm not even sure what you're trying to say about "go girl" and ballet but I don't think men's and women's times are comparable in AM races. If that were really the case you wouldn't need different categories. Obviously Tracy is an unreal rider that would work most dudes but at the same time, I have a feeling that #1 EWS female rider would have a hard time gapping James Richards (some random shredder).

Not sure if that means we should yell "go girl"?

I'm always impressed by how physically strong T-Mo is. Great rider, a role model for other female mountain bikers - get strong, so you can yank that bike around!
