The 2.2 Trail King leems to be as wide as the 2.5 high roller on my STD. About 7mm height left to the frame. First thing I changed was the fork, 36 is much better than 32 Float. Next was the shock, DHX Air blew through the travel to much, did not feel alive on the bike. The Float CTD was way much better. Will ipload a picture of the current build.

 I hear you with the rear shock. I was blowing through the travel as well, but recently made a few adjustments and seems to be working fine now. Maxxis tend to run a bit small vs other tire manufactures. I intialy had the 32 as well, but it felt and looked like tooth picks for a front suspension. 36 air now and loving it!

 I'm running a maxxis high roller 2.5. Definitely close, but no rubbing... I will probably probably change to a Muddy Mary's 2.3 in a month or two. There isn't much room in the rear for a big tire. Cheers!

 Quite a lot, I´d say. A week at Lake Garda, Alps, lots of the local trails around where I live. Used to ride a 34 Float in the front long time, but the 36 Float feels much better and makes it more stable on the downhill.

what's the chainset arrangement? I'm running a double and bash at the moment and it could be better.

 thanks! in this photo i'm 1x9 with an e13 bash and guide. I've since upgraded to an xtr 1x10 with the e13...the most fun I've had a bike!! Thx Matthew

 What tire size are you running in the rear. Had an Ardent 2.4 first, but the was almost no room left, it was to high. So I changed to the 2.2 Continental Trail King tubeless.

 Nice.... 1x10 is the way to go. How much riding have you been doing on the STD since you picked up the G-Spot?
