ja sam za akciju, bogami je zaraslo, kiša svako malo, ja sam prvu trećinu bio sredio prije nekih mjesec dana ali nisam mogao više od komančerosa, brijem da je opet isto

I'd be surprised if they are not industrial standard, so not only commonly available, but cheap as well.
Let me guess:
-the plastic glass on the left contains 7.5wt damping oil
-the plastic glass on the right contains 7.5% alc. beer, hence the smiley hehe
-the third plastic glass is for spitting when you drink in the wrong glass
