Absolutely, this is a public park, free to ride. It is not open to the public yet, but soon. What you see is the multi-skill level jump line, and 2 pump tracks. There will be a trials area just to the right of he picture and a perimeter trail around the park with easier features from all the areas

 I like it. Would this bike park be open to anyone with a bike? Like say someone with XC or trail bike that wants to practice they're jumping.
