I just did what I should have done to begin with. I broke out the calipers and the upper part of the lowers are about 2mm larger than the lower part of the lowers. Duh. For extra stiffness I'm sure. So problem solved. At least I know they're not bent now.

Right? I've checked the head angle there before I put Works Components offset headset on and I didn't notice it then. Weird.

I emailed Fox and they said; "Your fork legs are fine. They are designed that way on purpose.." But I have my doubts. If anyone else has 15 or newer 36's can u check yours and let me know if yours are the same?
