hows the stem was planning to get one from amazon but the price draw me back form buying its just around 900 yen .... is it solid enough ? my friend has one too the finish is not smooth compared to those expensive ones but you can't beat the price if the stem can handle some beating...

Its seems really good.
The stem, bar and grips are all from amazon, less than 3000 yen all together.
As for the strength, its very solid!
My buddy has one on his HT and has had no problems.
The surface is called sandblasting, it helps prevent scratches to the paint.
Im thinking of buying more!
