Since you've got a 12" up front did you put a larger eye-2-eye shock in the rear to bump up the travel to more than 8"? It looks much larger than other big hit setups. Plus sometimes putting a supermonster on a normal 8" frame will slacken the HTA so a larger shock in the rear like you have will fix that.
Seems like a couch to ride, nothing wrong with that, I like stiffer smaller travel setups for steep stuff ironically, I don't like squishy forks that might dive on you.
yes you are right about shocks but as you can see on the picture the rear shock is mounted to (D) mount hole and fork crowns are drop by one inche which is perfect, i am very picky with frame geometry and i do not like steep and slack angles, i always set what feels the best for me, and yes i have longer rear shock it is 10.5x3.5
well, for me i do not care bout weight, i do not compete i just enjoy it, i can huck anywhere i want, without limit coz' i am in crazy shape, i do not care if i get tired and who cares, fuck the exhaustion, downhill biking has no limits for me it feel gooooood mate. cheers
