well thats what i thought it was the reaper. but its been cut out by the person i got it from. and he said it was a macneil bibi

reapers dont have cutouts. i doubt he cut it out though is there any brand on the rear dropouts

not that i can see. but no really like its done by hand it just looks super nice in that photo its a good cut. just not clean i need to sand some of it down

check the gusset under the Downtube at the headtube... im pretty sure its a fit flow

check under the BB it will say a seriel number on one side and it will say a few numbers a word and a few more numbers what is the word?
