Awesome photo. Although, even if the trail is still technically 'open' it shouldn't be ridden on with precipitation of any kind, just saying. This is NSMBA's baby, if you want them to keep trails open, prove that you can NOT ride it!

So I can only ride CBC when its not raining or wet? SO when the trail is open I can only ride it 20% of the time? Do you remember we live in a rainforest?

I realize that. Please read: nsmba.ca/content/cbc-closed-winter

High traffic trails like this are built to sustain riding in the rain just not too much.

"CBC is OFICIALLY CLOSED in Winter months and landowners do enforce the closure. "

I know that... its just rediculous to say that you cant ride it in the rain in a month like september

The point is....the pic was taken and all the rules of the mountain, which I endorse, were adhered too..... and I also agree that a lot of consideration is given to drainage when building and maintaining a trail like CBC.....what OCS seems to have some issue with is that the rules of the winter were somehow violated.....which would be the case if this IN FACT HAD BEEN WINTER...... which is wasn't........so spare me more quotes from your 3min web search........
