they teach you cornering, vision and alot of other stuff. i dont feell that much faster i but i do feel that it made me way mir comfortabe on the bike and trails so i think it is way worth it.

So what kind of stuff is taught there? I'm assuming its more oriented towards racing, right? Do you feel you're way faster then before now?
