when a wheel is built the nipples are pulled off to one side, and the way a patterned the nipples, this aint possible. so the spokes end up going in the nipples at an angle. the spokes are proper ball ache. the whole thing uses 4 different spoke models and its very hard to get perfect.

 Mate the nipples concentric with the spokes, and then mate them tangent with the rim hole. Works fine: lp1.pinkbike.org/p4pb4291310/p4pb4291310.jpg
