 Hey! Yeah so at the time I worked for a press brake company (Accurpress). I actually cut them out of 4x8 steel and used a press brake to bend them into channels. All of the holes and profiling was done on a plasma table. I then welded in some plates where the front wheels sit to prevent rolling forward/backward. Cheers

 Hey I really like how you designed your rack. Im building one myself but i cant find anything that resembles that "U" square channel to put on the hitch. Did you purchase the rails or did you buy the sheet metal, bend them yourself and then drill the holes? ive been looking for months for some channel that looks like the "TufRack" or yours and i cant find any. Any help would be appreciated. thanks.
