Holy crap these are the worst idea profile has ever had. First off they weigh 39.3 oz crank,bb,spider thats freakin insane weight. What is the point of "designing" "new" cranks for racing that weigh more than your own ss dj cranks. The normal profile arms with bb and spider weigh 35oz for half the price. Then you have to add chainring weigh and chainring bolts which are equal to modern 28-25t sprocket weight. How do they calculate $ 485 for cranks an bb an spider that are soo freakin heavy what is wrong with people. Then you see how ugly the inside of the cranks look with that triangle piece welded in. The claim to these cranks in the new axle wedge system makes installation easier. How about the profiles are already stupid easy and no reason to design something for retard mechanics at $485 that weigh more than any other crank on the market. I can't even comprehend what type of rider going to buy this crap. After all these years why is it soo hard to design a different type of profile crank thats lighter and still strong? They going the opposite way more expensive and add tons of crank weight vs design something. You had 15 years since last design and this is what you came out with??? Drugs are real bad for you.

They look like an experiment gone bad with that triangle lump on the inside. With soo many companies producing high end light weight strong cranks these days you really have to question the owner of profiles choice to produce something heavier than the old heavy profiles. These days you can get regular profile bossless arms with titanium axle, ti bolts, and use direct mount sprocket and acheive the lightest weight possible for profiles. That setup is acually lighter than saint cranks with bb plus chainring bolts plus chainring of 32t minimum and huge gear in rear with all that extra chain. Even those piece of crap primo powerd bite cranks that all the suckers bought are lighter than these new profile elites. The primos are 33.8 oz without bb and thats heavier than the old profiles. Not to mention the primos have pathetic square taper axles. Are you serious people are too dumb to be alive.
