i just did this to mine this is a design fault and it happens quite often its because the pinch bolts thread into a replacable barrel and dont have enough thread to hold onto and the forks crack, on mine 3 of the bolts snapped of.

 Why do people insist on tightening these bolts so hard! all the do is hold the axle, they dont take any of the riding/shock forces at all, they just have to be nipped up thats all.

 yes i have seen this before. but i didnt think that my fork would crack. but Fox service sucks i have to buy new lowers for my fork that is 1-2 months old.thats the worst thing.so i will be riding a marzzochi soon.

 And also if it is for the Le Toy, you could get a RS Lyrik in 1.5, 1 1/8 looks ugly on a 1,5 frame and the lyrik U-Turn goes from 160 to 115mm, looks real nice.

 Dont get a mz, get a rockshox 2007 fork instead! Totem for long travel or a Argyle for street/dirt.
