Yeah, my mate had a neon 224. Neon yellow HT with black forks...trail boss...

Currently rebuilding my Blender...stealth black.

I've never seen that video, that's what I'm going for. Neon yellow with red parts. There is a photo on my profile somewhere of the crush built up, it's red at the moment. I'd love a neon 224, would be awesome. Stealth black builds do look awsome

Got to be one of the best HT DH riders, there's a crazy vid of you tube of that guy shredding whistler on a HT but if you google his bike you'll find it.

Great colour combo.

I'll get pics up of the Blender when built, brought a set of uturn Lyriks but might trade for a lighter fork, rev/reba etc.

 Never tried Lyriks, any good?
I've not tried rockshox in years, last time I tried some I was less than impressed. Though my reverb is good Smile

No idea not ridden them yet, they're at 115mm, meant to be super plush especially with a very easy floodgate mod which increases small bump compliance. The only issue is for he 4X / play bike they're a bit heavy.

What do they weigh in at?
Got 36s on the Crush. 32s on my P7 but I bent a set last year, scared to ride them hard now

I'm sure they're stated as 2.2 kg but the 2011's I had before were lighter just over 2kg, not bad for the strength, I had to get rid of the 2011's due to steerer length.

About the same as 36s then?
Short steerer on your old ones?
  • 1 0
 These are 36's!?

Yeah 170mm steerer tube but they did make them lighter on the 2011 model.

Sorry bro, thought you were on about the Lyriks still haha.
  • 1 0
Oh sorry Lyriks are like 2.5kg!

Blimey, 300gram heavier them! Quite a bit. Oh, loving the swing arm decal by the way.

Yeah coil forks. Cheers its the same as the Patriot, just scaled to fit, fancy adding the TT decal as well, got it custom from DN Five

That's where I just got my purple five decals from. Seem like a good company. Maybe they'd do the TT decals?

I'll put it to them, they will need specifics & dimensions though which will be tough!

I take it you like Stans Flows, I want some on my pro 2's, want black spokes too but will cost too much, may as well sell mine & buy new! Would buy yours but the pink won't be right on the green or stealth black.

I can always take better pics/take measurements if it was to help?

The pink wouldn't look too bad with the green. They have green hoops decals on half the rims.
Would go with the black, but would ruin the stealthiness.
Flows are super tough rims, really impressed by them.

Very nice when you getting it dirty

Cheers....ASAP needs rear brake bleeding, had to disconnect to get it through the swing arm & didn't have a spare olive so couldn't even connect it up! They're not reusable like Hope. If needs be can ride with 120 at the front not ideal but will take them to LBS when they're quiet. You pick up the bike tomorrow?
