I was mis-advised by a physiotherapist and now I've basically levered a screw out of my shoulder, so right now the collar bone is 1cm or so out of my actual shoulder bones. So confined to a sling for 4 more weeks until it can pull itself back together.

not really. have to keep it in a sling 24/7. Im a programmer so typing all the fiddly {}()> stuff is difficult with one hand. I can peck though!
