This bike is the best bike in the world; i was biking for my first time at kickinghorse Bc, and I was a bit worried that i might get a bike that isnt to good. I drove out of Golden B.c. wanting to bike forever.

Specialized Bighit GromHit (MSRP $0) — A TOP-DOLLAR RIDE AT AN ENTRY-LEVEL PRICE. Borrowing generously from our Demo technology, the new Big Hit lives up to its name on punishing terrain with a stout frame and 6.75 to 7.5 inches of travel. The new design with lower standover and more seatpost adjustment makes this bomb-proof ride even more accessible to a larger range of riders.

An X-Fusion O2R rear shock custom-tuned for the GromHit's FSR suspension. Rebound adjustment prevents bucking on big drops.

Rock Shox Tora 318 fork features 130mm of coil-sprung travel for buttery bump absorption. Motion Control damping and external rebound adjustment help riders match performance to terrain.

Specialized Aggro stem features an oversized diameter and four-bolt clamp for extra durability.

Avid BB5 mechanical disc brakes with hefty 185mm rotors provide plenty of stopping power and Avid FR-5 levers bump up control. The G2 Clean Sweep rotor is designed to perform in even the sloppiest conditions.

A SRAM X-7 rear derailleur guarantees precise shifting with minimum effort. The short cage increases shifting performance and minimizes the risk of snapping off the derailleur.
