Top notch. People may say there is no different between the X9 and XO but they would be dead wrong. The X0 is far superior. The shifting performance is so crisp and quick its ridiculous. Definitely worth the extra money if you can afford it. The shifting performance alone and the small weight saving is definitely worth it.

It's a nice looking shifter and shifts 'ok' however it still isn't as crisp as the XT's I used too run. I've had the X-0's in for adjustment at least three times and and cables replaced and still lacks the quick shifting of my Shimano XT shifters. I'd have to say that I'm going back to Shimano, maybe it's just my experience because seems like everybody here loves the XO.

Sick shifter. Shimano XT? It's not even in the same league! Paired with an X9/XO rear derailleur, and you'd never go back to Shimano.
